Royal Kenz Hotel

My stay at the Royal Kenz was truly outstanding from start to finish. The animation team was one of the highlights of the entire experience—they were fun, energetic, and always made sure guests were entertained. Their activities were well-organized, engaging, and created a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening. The waiters were equally impressive. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making every meal enjoyable. Service was quick, and they always greeted us with a smile, which added a warm and welcoming touch to the dining experience. The reception staff also deserves special mention. From the moment we arrived, they were polite, efficient, and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available to assist with any questions or needs. Overall, the staff at Royal Kenz made our stay exceptional. Their kindness, dedication, and positive attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a memorable stay.

Some parts of hotel dated and need upgrading others like communal areas quite plush. Staff were excellent and attentive and hard working. Rooms cleaned daily if you so wish but very busy and noisy poolside during the day but lots of gardens to escape to and an excellent private beach with bar and snacks 200 metres out of the back gate

Loved everything about this hotel except the slightly stained bedsheets. The actual room was lovely. High quality. Bathroom and shower were excellent. The pool is cold but there’s also an amazing indoor pool. The bars are fine but the real standout is the amazing restaurant where the food is beyond good for an all inclusive. Every day the options were changing and tasted excellent. Whoever the dessert chef is deserves real praise because there are some sensational choices there. The staff were outstanding at this hotel. The animation team work so hard and keep everyone engaged. Shazy is brilliant in particular. The beach is a short walk but it is excellent and has clean sand and water. Sin beds available for free use and plenty of shade. This is a hotel is return to in a heartbeat. Very hard to fault.

We visited Tunisia and stayed at the Royal Kenz this week and when we stayed here we understood why Tunisia is considered so highly rated for its hospitality. The hotel was remarkable in every way - think dreamy 'Hotel California' vibes as you listened to soft jazz at dinner with hospitality staff who were very intuitive with everyone's needs. If you're more inclined for a hotel with impeccable service I recommend this one. The food was absolutely lovely and very different every night, with availability of beautiful pastries and sweets and options for everyone. Drinks were lovely, and there were fun events every night as the entertainment staff were creative and knew how to get everyone dancing. A special shoutout to Abdelkader who took brilliant care of everyone in his restaurant section and was an absolute delight in every way, and to Bilel who ran the lobby bar in a brilliant way no matter how busy it got. I will admit unless you speak French or Tunisian dialect of Arabic, outside can be daunting at first, especially as the location feels more rural - the hotel reception helped us a lot to navigate this by booking a tour guide Abdallah who took us to El Jem and it was absolutely mind blowing how knowledgeable he was and how well the reception knew to assist. Mohammed at reception particularly was brilliant and helped with every question, from changing money to booking taxis. If you're nervous to visit or just curious - I recommend this place highly. Even if you never leave the hotel you still absorb so much culture and the locals are very lovely. Yes there are classic tourist issues in every country such as higher prices but Tunisia is no different from other countries and has a lot to offer. Super grateful for the opportunity to visit, a special thank you to the Royal Kenz for making this a memorable visit. What a holiday. The staff are amazing. And the entertainment staff are amazing. They always make and effort. I love this hotel 2nd time here this year. Yes people feel the rooms are dated but always clean and comfortable. Honestly recommend staying. The atmosphere is one of the best . Definitely back next year.
